Fauci’s Ties to PLA Scientists: The Wuhan Lab, Biowarfare, and a Web of Allegiances

According to Miles Guo, the leadership of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) is not civilian. Wang Yanyi, the current director, and her husband, Shu Hongbing, are both tied to  the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). The institute itself is effectively a military bioweapons facility under the PLA’s chemical and biological warfare division. In Communist China, anyone involved in biological research is required to serve national defense goals. There are no exceptions. This means that both Wang and Shu operate under the PLA framework.

Shu is a key figure in the CCP’s “Hundred Talents” and “Thousand Talents” plans, state-run programs designed to place Chinese scientists in influential global positions while advancing the CCP’s strategic agenda. His wife Wang oversees a facility that whistleblowers identify as a core component of the CCP’s biowarfare efforts. In structure and purpose, it mirrors other CCP-run entities like the so-called “Diplomatic Academy” or “University of International Relations,” which are widely known to be fronts for Chinese intelligence training.

Beyond military affiliations, the story takes a darker turn. Wang is alleged to have maintained a secret personal relationship with Anthony Fauci, former director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. According to multiple sources, this relationship was not merely professional—it involved financial transactions, private meetings, and a long-standing sexual connection. These claims, while shocking, are consistent with what whistleblowers describe as the CCP’s long-term infiltration strategy.

That strategy appears to have started more than two decades ago. As early as the year 2000, the CCP began positioning Wang and Shu as a pair of rising stars in the biomedical field with a very specific mission: to penetrate the U.S. medical establishment and build close ties with key figures—Fauci chief among them.

Wang’s academic background is unconventional. Born in 1981, she was originally a cello student with no training in the sciences. Yet in 2000, she was admitted directly into Peking University’s Department of Biology without taking the national entrance exam. At the time, Shu Hongbing was already a professor at the university and a designated “Changjiang Scholar.” Wang became his student.

In 2004, Wang graduated. Shortly afterward, Shu divorced his wife and married Wang. That same year, they moved to the United States together. Wang enrolled in the University of Colorado’s medical school for a master’s degree in immunology, while Shu joined the cancer center as a researcher and assistant professor. He also served as her academic advisor.

While in the U.S., the couple developed relationships with numerous professionals in the biomedical field, but their main objective was always Fauci—due to his position at the heart of U.S. health policy and scientific funding. Reports suggest that Wang and Fauci met repeatedly in private, including at the Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental hotels in Washington D.C., as well as in South Carolina and Los Angeles. These encounters allegedly involved email correspondence, financial exchanges, and sexual contact.

Today, Wang and Shu both serve as senior officials at the Wuhan lab. According to some sources, Wang is also the illegitimate daughter of former CCP vice president Wang Qishan and his longtime mistress, Gao Yanyan—placing her even closer to the core of the CCP’s ruling circle. In addition, Wang and Shu are said to be members of the Peking University National Security Committee’s preparatory group, directly linking them to the Party’s internal security apparatus.

This strategy aligns precisely with the CCP’s known BGY and 3F programs—covert operations aimed at dominating foreign nations through infiltration, corruption, and subversion. The BGY plan stands for Blue (cyber control), Gold (financial enticement), and Yellow (sexual compromise)—methods designed to control key individuals in media, government, business, and science. The 3F strategy—“Foment Chaos, Foment Weakness, and Foment Death” —targets America specifically, with the long-term goal of destabilizing, demoralizing, and ultimately dismantling its global leadership.

Seen through this lens, the personal, academic, and financial ties between Fauci and CCP-linked scientists are not isolated coincidences. They represent a textbook application of these CCP doctrines: influence the science, infiltrate the systems, and corrupt the people at the top. The consequences are no longer hypothetical—they are playing out in real time.

This is not just a case of poor oversight or accidental collaboration. It represents a deliberate national security breach with global consequences. The COVID-19 pandemic, and the confusion surrounding its origin, cannot be understood apart from the deeply embedded ties between American public health leaders and CCP-linked operatives.

The world deserves a full investigation into these connections. The truth must come to light—not only to hold the responsible parties accountable but to prevent such infiltration and betrayal from happening again.
