Not a Violation of the Constitution, but a Defense of It—Why President Trump’s Border Order Is Both Biblical and Constitutional

I. The Spiritual Foundation of the U.S. Constitution: Written for a God-Fearing People

The U.S. Constitution is not the product of human fantasy, but is founded upon biblical truth. It acknowledges the fallen nature of humanity, establishes checks and balances, and defends human dignity because man is created in the image of God. The freedom it protects is not the freedom to do whatever one pleases, but a freedom constrained by morality and rooted in reverence for God.

As John Adams famously said:

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Therefore, the U.S. Constitution was written for those who fear God, respect the law, and are willing to govern themselves—not for lawbreakers, terrorists, or wicked powers seeking shelter.

II. Today’s Crisis: The Constitution Is Being Weaponized to Destroy the Nation

Evil forces have not only studied the Constitution—they are deliberately exploiting its gaps, using it as a legal tool to undermine America. They organize waves of illegal immigrants to tear down our national borders, exploit terms like “asylum,” “human rights,” and “anti-discrimination” to whitewash evil, and twist laws originally meant for the righteous into instruments of moral blackmail and national insecurity.

It is no different from how the serpent in the Garden of Eden quoted God’s own words—only to twist the truth and lead mankind into ruin.

III. The President’s Duty: To Defend National Sovereignty and Constitutional Integrity

President Trump, acting under Section 1182(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution (“to protect against invasion”), issued executive orders to secure the border and restrict unlawful asylum claims. This was fully constitutional. What he did was not “creating a new system,” but rather:

Using powers already granted under law in a time of crisis to prevent national collapse;

Restoring the Constitution’s spiritual foundation so that it would not be twisted or trampled by enemies.

He did not violate the Constitution—he sought to ensure it could operate truthfully and fully, from beginning to end, in a nation led by faith and governed by laws, for the sake of those who truly uphold and cherish both.

IV. The Expulsion from Eden and America’s Borders: A Spiritual Mirror

When addressing the issue of national borders, we must return to one of the earliest spiritual truths in the Bible: Why did God expel Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden?

“So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.” (Genesis 3:24)

1. Expulsion Was for the Protection of Holiness

After Adam and Eve fell, God immediately issued judgment. Without that immediate act, they could have eaten from the tree of life while in their fallen state—and lived forever in separation from God, with no opportunity for repentance or salvation.

Thus, God, in His justice, established a boundary. The flaming sword guarding the way to the tree of life made clear: those who have fallen may not freely reenter sacred ground.

2. The Mercy Behind the Flaming Sword

Before casting them out, God Himself clothed Adam and Eve with garments made from animal skins (Genesis 3:21). This act clearly signified that He had not abandoned them. It was the first shedding of blood and act of covering in Scripture—pointing forward to the Lamb who would one day bear humanity’s shame and take its punishment.

This was the beginning of the gospel: After exercising His justice, God displayed immense love and mercy by opening the way of salvation to fallen humanity—through His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

This teaches us that true mercy must be grounded in justice. Without the boundary of righteousness, mercy becomes indulgence and may even turn into a channel for institutionalized evil. If those being funneled illegally into America by malevolent forces are not turned back, “one nation under God” will cease to exist, and the holy foundation of the Constitution will be eroded. Mercy only becomes true love when it is built on the foundation of truth and justice.

3. America Today Faces the Same Spiritual Choice

Now, waves of illegal entrants—many manipulated by dark forces, with no respect for the Constitution and no fear of God—are seeking to force their way into America. If the nation passively accepts them, it is no different from letting fallen humanity eat from the tree of life: codifying sin, legalizing disorder, and institutionalizing destruction.

But setting boundaries—distinguishing right from wrong, good from evil—is exactly what Eden’s logic teaches:

  • It is not cruelty—it is protection from ruin.
  • It is not a denial of mercy—it is the preservation of the path to salvation.

Thus, a national border is an act of mercy—just like the flaming sword in Eden, it was not for destruction, but to preserve the path of salvation from defilement.

To seal the border is not cruelty, but mercy. Like the flaming sword, it is not meant to destroy—but to protect the way of redemption from being defiled.

Without justice, mercy becomes indulgence. America’s border today is a spiritual battle line between faith and destruction.

To guard the border is to guard the divine destiny God has given this land.

Applied to today’s reality:

  • To seal the border is not to reject people, but to preserve the existence of “one nation under God,”
  • to keep the Bible-based U.S. Constitution from being replaced by Islamic law, Communist law, or other counterfeit legal systems imposed by evil ideologies.
  • A border is a safeguard for freedom.
  • A border is a watchtower for truth.
  • A border is not a rejection of love—it is a defense of sacred mission.

V. Conclusion: Only a Return to Faith Can Preserve the Constitution

President Trump’s executive order was not a constitutional violation—it was a concrete act to protect the Constitution, protect the people, and protect the nation.

But one president alone cannot save America. What’s needed is a national awakening:

To recognize evil, return to truth, and restore reverence for God.

Only then can America remain what it was meant to be:

One Nation Under God.
