The Fentanyl Plot: A Strategic Weapon Against the U.S.

On October 2, 2022, Miles Guo revealed explosive information in his livestream: the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is behind the massive shipment of fentanyl into the United States. He claimed that hundreds of kilograms—several hundred pounds—of fentanyl have been and are still being shipped to the U.S., as part of a calculated and long-standing strategy by the CCP. According to Guo, this isn’t merely a drug crisis—it’s the execution of the CCP’s 3F Plan: to disrupt America, weaken America, and ultimately destroy America.

According to Guo, the CCP has made up its mind to use fentanyl as a weapon—and it has already built a highly organized trafficking network within the United States. The most important hubs for fentanyl distribution, he emphasized, are Chinese restaurants and Chinatowns across America and the West. These seemingly ordinary places, deeply embedded in local communities, have become the primary fronts for moving fentanyl into American society under the radar. In addition to these hubs, certain Uber drivers with special status have also been recruited into the network, quietly transporting drugs between locations without attracting attention.

Guo then shared a shocking connection from his personal background. He said that the origins of fentanyl can be traced back to a laboratory at MIT in the United States. A professor involved in the development—originally from Guo’s own hometown, Shen County in Liaocheng, Shandong Province—later returned to China. Upon the professor’s return, he allegedly submitted a report to the Ministry of State Security of the People’s Republic of China, proposing that fentanyl could be elevated to the level of a national strategy—one that could both cripple the United States and generate enormous profits for China. The professor also claimed that fentanyl can be extended or modified into more than a thousand different drug variants, making it a highly adaptable and dangerous substance in the CCP’s arsenal.

This same professor, according to Guo, then went on to Nanjing and partnered with another man—also surnamed Cao—to produce fentanyl in what used to be a biological weapons base. Guo pointed out that the cost of manufacturing fentanyl in China is almost negligible, but once it’s trafficked into the U.S., it generates massive amounts of money.

He also noted that this professor’s wife and family still live in San Diego, California. Despite being interviewed by the U.S. embassy, the man never confessed. Instead, he continued his cooperation in China, expanding fentanyl production and its variants.

Guo emphasized that only former President Trump consistently raised the alarm about the fentanyl crisis, warning that it had killed 70,000, even 100,000 Americans. He referenced reports from USCIS and the DEA, stating that the amount of fentanyl seized by U.S. Customs could kill all American men three times, and all American women two to five times.

For Guo, the fentanyl crisis is far beyond a public health emergency—it’s a silent war, waged through biochemistry, distribution networks hidden in plain sight, and a deliberate plan by the CCP to bring the U.S. to its knees under the 3F Plan: Disrupt America, Weaken America, and Ultimately Destroy America.
